If your ticket is billable under our Terms and Conditions or a separate written agreement, we may also process billing-related information necessary to invoice and collect payment.

- Payment processing. If you pay YCS, your payment information may be processed by a third-party payment processor. YCS does not intentionally store full payment card details except as provided by the processor (for example, last four digits and tokenized references), where available.
